On diet, she addressed not just what I should eat but when and with what, on breathing, stress and anxiety she provided wonderful exercises and strategies and on body strength and balance, which were major challenges for me, she had answers that worked.

Before I met Suzanne and began the Vibrant Body Formula program I was overweight, lacked energy and motivation and was generally unhappy and unhealthy. I was at a loss on how to begin to make the kind of changes I knew I needed to improve my quality of life. Since I completed the program, my life has changed dramatically for the better. I am steadily losing weight and maintaining the weight loss. Now, instead of going home and crawling into bed because I’m too tired to do anything else, I spend quality time with my husband, and have even begun exercising regularly.

I have become more self-aware about how different foods effect my body and I’m making healthier choices. I’ve also learned how to utilize essential oils and natural remedies to manage any ailments that may occur, such as sore muscles, headaches and stomach ache.  Suzanne’s vast knowledge and experience is very apparent during the group and individual sessions.

At first I didn’t think I would like the group sessions as I tend to be a loner. But to my surprise, it was very helpful to hear the other clients’ perspectives and questions and I looked forward to these sessions as much as I did the individual sessions. If I had any outstanding questions I was able to get them answered during the one-to-one sessions, in a quick email, Facebook post or a phone call with Suzanne.

I feel that one of the best things about this course is Suzanne’s openness and accessibility. She is warm, friendly, reassuring and encourages questions and feedback. She strikes a balance of careful listening with sharing her wealth of experience and ideas. Another great thing about this program is that Suzanne didn’t make decisions for me but she empowered me to figure out the root of my issues and then helped me identify and implement solutions specific to me.

My ongoing use of the tools Suzanne helped me develop continues to make positive difference in my life.  With the assistance of Suzanne, the tools provided in this program are able to address each persons’ unique needs. I highly recommend this program.

“I have been the beneficiary of Suzanne Morgan’s restorative yoga instruction for many years, having first been coaxed into it by friends by taking her “Level 1” Beginner’s class. At the time, I joined thinking that, at best, I might gain some flexibility, and at worst, I might inflame an old shoulder injury–one that had plagued me for 10 years with persistent, mild pain and limited mobility. In just a few short weeks, under Suzanne’s careful guidance, I was able to accomplish what 10 years of western medicine could not:  complete, pain-free, right rotator cuff mobility. I not only gained measurable strength and flexibility, I went from a limited 120 degree range of abductor motion to a full 180 degrees. That first yoga class was in 2007 and I remain  pain-free and fully mobile to this day. Amazing. And all from series of carefully choreographed poses and progressive breathing exercises. No matter what your fitness or health level is, I highly recommend the lasting power of Suzanne Morgan’s yoga instruction.”

“Suzanne has a natural ability to coordinate and create programs while humanizing the experience through the love she expresses while teaching yoga.  This training is unique in that it is over the course of 10 months.  As a student, I was able to digest and retain information better due to this format.  Her organizational skills only increases the amount of knowledge and practical techniques we learned to utilize while teaching or in our own practice.
Originally, I did not set out to gain my teaching certification. I was looking for a program that could increase my exposure to yogic philosophy and culture.  I was looking for a program that could strengthen my personal practice.  That is exactly what I got!  After completing her Teacher Training I feel more confident when I step on the mat.  I also feel more peaceful in my overall life.  I love how the skills we utilize in our yoga training could be applied to our everyday lives.  In the course of this training, I worked full time and worked on my Master’s degree part time.  It was this training that allowed me to be focused enough to pursue all these things at once.  In addition, no matter what path you are on if you are ready to take that step to join a life changing health program, Suzanne Morgan would be a wonderful choice.”

“Suzanne’s program promoted in-depth learning of the physical and emotional benefits of Yoga and Ayurveda, as well as practical tools and skills for integrating those practices into our everyday lives.  Personally, it gave me an opportunity to explore the practices that work best for me, including pranayama (or breath control) and different Ayurvedic practices, such as eating right for my body and maintaining healthy routines.  I found these practices to be particularly helpful with managing anxiety – previously my anxiety would lead to severe stomachaches and an inability to perform different tasks.  After completing the training, I have fewer stomachaches and have generally better digestion, and can now find the stability within myself to overcome waves of anxiety.”

“I recently became a certified yoga instructor through Suzanne Morgan Yoga, after a long journey of soul searching. The saying ‘Serve others’ is the most important lesson that I’ve learned from yoga. Swami Sivananda says, ‘Never say: I have helped that man. Feel and think: That man gave me an opportunity to serve and I am extremely grateful to him.’ Initially I had no intention to teach yoga, I simply wanted to deepen my knowledge and see what else yoga has to offer. However, with every month of training, with the help of my wonderful teacher Suzanne Morgan and my beloved fellow yoginis, I came to realize how much I would like to give back to the community, volunteer and share yoga with others. I became very grateful for everything I have in life and gradually changed my understanding of what yoga is. It was a mind and heart opening experience. The training was well organized, executed and gave me the confidence to walk away as a yoga instructor. Thank you for everything! Currently, I volunteer at the local library, where I teach the senior citizens how yoga can help them age with grace.”
